Request deletion of your PoolsFarm account

You can request deletion here without reinstalling or signing in to the app.

Email developer@ifrasoft.com from the email address you use to sign in to PoolsFarm.
Use the subject PoolsFarm account deletion request and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
Support will verify ownership and confirm the scope and timing. If you cannot use your sign-in email, contact support for an alternative ownership check.

This opens your email app. You must send the email to submit a request. This page does not automatically delete anything.

Review wallet access first

Deleting a sign-in account can permanently remove access to its embedded wallet. Tell support if it holds assets or open positions so you can review access before deletion. Never send a private key, recovery phrase, password or verification code.

What deletion covers

The request covers your PoolsFarm sign-in account and associated personal data, including account-linked information and support for removal of associated backend records. Support coordinates the request with the authentication provider and explains any necessary retained information and retention period before completion.

What cannot be erased

Public blockchain records cannot be removed. Privy disassociates and archives embedded wallet records for asset security instead of destroying a wallet when a user is deleted. No fixed purge period for those archived records is stated in its documentation. If the authentication account is shared with another service, support will explain the impact and confirm the scope with you first.

Local data and sign-out

Signing out does not delete an account. To remove the local watchlist and saved budget, clear PoolsFarm app storage in Android settings. Account deletion requests are handled separately by support.

For questions or a data-only request, email the same support address. Read the privacy policy for more information.
